If you are practicing TheSimplestMeditation or Light Channeling you start understanding that All Is One. Everything and all the Universes come out of this same Light.
When you start doing the Light Channeling you develop a deeper and deeper connection or relationship with this Light. Which is a glorious thing. Because then you are Highly guided. Or connected to Source. And to the Feminine energy.
